My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can fully immerse myself in my colors, shapes and thoughts.
From childhood I was fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe, I could collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I mainly explore feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and in-between spaces that are often only expressed through color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me, it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting measuring 160 x 130 cm you need a stretcher of 150 x 120 cm with a depth of 2-4 cm.
You can either stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art professional or gallery.
This is a handmade original, signed and dated on the back by the artist.
