Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio— a place where I can dive completely into my colors, forms and thoughts. Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me— it accompanies me to this day and continually inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions in Europe I was able to collect many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal primarily with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said—emotions, moods and interspaces that are often only expressible in color and movement. I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself— an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a canvas frame of 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handmade original, which is signed by the artist on the back and dated by year.

High-quality and lightfast acrylic paints have been used on multi-coated white-primered gallery canvas.

A varnish was also applied to protect the work.
