Lasveguix doesn't just paint, he tears apart, overlays, reconstructs. His creations are skins of walls, fragments of urbanity where posters mingle with graffiti, where acrylic dialogues with spray and Posca. Each piece is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated into graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he nourishes his visual language from the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture, one detects the echo of the great names who marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for torn-poster art, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for the poetry of words, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencil, Invader for the urban pixel, Obey for the engaged icon.
For over twenty years active in the street art scene, Lasveguix has managed to establish a universe that is both punk and poetic. Since 2022, he transposes this street heritage to the studio, creating works where movement, time, and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Renowned for his individuality, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Autour des Williams at Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire, or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a distinctive place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix proclaims accessible, free, and vibrant art, where every torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
