Elegant decorative set from the collection comprising a refined centerpiece plate (also usable as a catchall) and a lot of 12 ornamental glass candies handmade in Murano.
The centerpiece, made with the Murano glass fusing technique, features a distinctive star-shaped silhouette.
At the center stands a geometric floral motif with alternating blue petals and green and yellow leaves, and a deep red pistil. The ornament is framed by an inner cobalt blue band and an expansive outer amber/honey frill. The hot-working gives the surface a splendid sheen and unique reflections when touched by light.
The set is completed by 12 miniature confectionery pieces in authentic lamp-worked Murano glass.
Each piece is rich in colorful detail and presents assorted shapes that faithfully simulate real twisted-wrapped candies.
