Miguel de Miguel – International Visual Artist*

Miguel is a Spanish visual artist who began his career in 1980 and has built a solid and emotionally intense trajectory, recognized worldwide. He has exhibited in cities such as New York, Hong Kong, Paris, Buenos Aires and Mexico City, and his work is part of some of the most important collections internationally. He currently resides and creates in Italy.

His painting combines figure and abstraction with a language of its own, where vibrant color, symbolic forms and deep textures speak of identity, memory and inner silence. Faceless figures, symbolic natural elements and scenes suspended in time form a poetic and sensitive universe.

With more than four decades of creation, Miguel de Miguel offers work that is not only observed: it is experienced from the most intimate level. An art that crosses borders, styles and words.

The Guardian transforms the human figure into a symbol of permanence. Deprived of individual identity, presence emerges through color, converted into spiritual matter and memory.
