In light, the surface unfolds a clear presence. Depending on the incidence of light and the viewing angle, the texture and depth change, individual layers come into stronger relief. The work appears spatial and bodily – perception arises while walking, standing, and lingering.
Frequency DEEP RED — Sculpture of Light, Structure & Presence
Frequency DEEP RED is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I translate rhythm, pause and repetition into a visual structure. The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.

Technik & Materialien: Acrylic paint and Heavy-Gel structure paste on canvas, built up layer by layer with different trowels. The pigments form elevations and overlays with calm, pulsating tension.
Only materials of the highest quality are used: Acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all locally produced in Austria.
Rahmen: Wide cradle frame made of solid natural wood (included in the price).

Bilder: The images were taken under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placement under direct or indirect light to fully bring out the color play and make the works feel alive.
