She graduated from the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts (1996). She uses Borgen Lindhardt as a signature name and is known for her “kimono series,” inspired by the work of G.H. Breitner. She creates oil paintings in which Old Masters, combined with personal elements (cat, painting supplies, figures and symbols), form a new spectacle.
