One-of-a-kind original work hand-painted by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist Léo Varek is today developing a series of pop canvases inspired by the codes of street art, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental frescoes, notably in Europe, including a intervention of over 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This experience directly informs my current approach, more condensed, but always guided by visual impact.
My works are now distributed internationally and shipped worldwide. Each canvas is handmade in my studio in France, using mixed media that combines acrylic and spray paint. I work spontaneously to preserve a tension in the gesture, pronounced contrasts and a true vibration of the colors.
