Irina Biatturi, winner of the Public Prize and the prestigious President's Prize at the Florence Biennale 2023 in Italy, acclaimed best European artist at World Art Dubai 2024, and former student of the Nicolae Grigorescu Art Academy (UNARTE) in Bucharest, has been devoted to painting since childhood. Having lived in various countries, including Mexico and New Zealand, she now considers Antibes her home and artistic center. Her captivating oil paintings, focused on themes of the woman and sensuality, are deeply influenced by the elegance of Art Deco, the organic forms of Art Nouveau, and the radiant ambiance of the French Riviera, where she has resided for over two decades.
Her oil paintings convey a sense of peace and tranquility, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting atmosphere of the Roaring Twenties on the French Riviera. Her works are now part of numerous private collections and have been exhibited in prestigious galleries, museums, and art exhibitions.
