Van Opher (XX) - Natura morta

The painting we are concerned with, which is in the images, is an oil on panel depicting a floral still life featuring a rich bouquet of mixed flowers, including roses, tulips, and carnations, arranged in a vase.
It recalls traditional Dutch painting from the 17th–19th centuries, noting meticulous details and vivid colors.
N.B.: at the bottom there is an engraved signature bearing the name "Van Opher" about whose background I do not know; I am not able to provide more precise information. The oil on panel painting has the following measurements: - cm.38 x cm.29 x cm.1.5, and it was purchased in an Art Gallery in this city of Palermo.
The wooden frame, finely crafted and intact, is included with the painting. Any damage to the frame will not be a valid reason for claims or for cancelling the order.
