This bonsai belongs to our Bonsai Selection. These are high-quality, healthy and visually appealing trees that meet our quality standards.
The trees were however not cultivated or designed by us and are not in our own specialist bonsai substrate mix.

Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our favored organic long-term bonsai fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring tool at half height between root collar and first branch (see sample image). If there are multiple trunks, the widest is chosen.

- If available, we reuse old packaging for shipping, out of environmental consideration.
- The trees are grafted before shipping, protected against drying out and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they typically deliver within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after receipt of payment on Catawiki to avoid delivery delays due to weekends.
