On my strolls along the shore I often encounter these brave little clouds and a bit cheeky, that feel so self-assured as to try to cover the sun. I capture them with my camera and bring them home, then on the canvas (or, as in this case, on the board) they become the protagonists.

Oil on board, to be inserted in a frame or hung with hooks.

I was born and raised in a family deeply immersed in art, and I developed from a young age a strong bond with painting.
I favor oil painting, through which I explore evocative and suspended atmospheres: foggy landscapes, stormy skies, land washed by rain, and my great love, the sea. The aim is to convey a deep emotion, a sense of inner quiet, inviting the viewer into a space suspended between reality and imagination.
I live and work in Grosseto, in Maremma, Tuscany, a land rich in visual suggestions, which represents for me a constant reference and an inexhaustible source of inspiration for my paintings.
