Cats have always been my childhood friends and I love their way of playing and being funny. In this photo it seems that our George is taking a nap after a nice glass of wine, it’s really funny; they take on the strangest positions when they sleep, I adore them.

I graduated in set design in Rome, with the highest marks, and early on I worked as a stage decorator in various theatre and television productions. This activity gives me productive painting skills for my artworks. I develop sensitivity for the figure of the woman that I portray in all her facets, conveying her strength but also great fragility, using the help of sandy material and resin. Resin as a symbol of water, a vital element from which we are protected since the maternal womb, but sometimes also suffocated. I call it the frozen lava, which fossilizes and freezes the present moment. The works executed exclusively in oil are from the series "Bad Girl" and "Bad Boy", in which I show a strong, transgressive and sensual woman/man. Today a television set designer, I keep my love for the project fused with emotion, which I try to express in all fields.
