Lasveguix doesn’t just paint, he tears, layers, reconstructs. His creations are skins of walls, fragments of urbanity where posters mix with graffiti, where acrylic speaks with spray paint and Posca. Each piece is a pulse, a street scar transposed onto canvas.
Initiated in graffiti by his cousin SUOZ, he feeds his visual language with the walls of Paris and London. In his gesture one finds the echo of the great names who marked urban and contemporary art: Jacques Villeglé and Raymond Hains for torn posters art, Vhils for sculpted matter, Basquiat for raw energy, Jérôme Mesnager for the silhouette, Miss Tic for the poetry of words, Ernest Pignon-Ernest for urban memory, Jef Aérosol for stencils, Invader for urban pixels, Obey for the engaged icon.
Active in the street art scene for over twenty years, Lasveguix has managed to establish a universe that is both punk and poetic. Since 2022, he transposes this street heritage to the studio, creating works where movement, time and collective memory freeze without ever fading.
Recognized for his singular style, he regularly participates in charity galas and prestigious auctions — COEUR CENTRAL at Roland Garros, Autour des Williams at the Pavillon Ledoyen, Faire ma part, Nav Solidaire or SOS Préma. His creations reach record sums there, confirming a unique place in urban and contemporary art.
Lasveguix advocates accessible, free and vibrant art, where every torn piece tells a story of love and positivity.
