The Sweetness of Mallorca
Inspired by my artist residency in Mallorca, this work evokes those precious moments when time seems to slow down. Bathed in light facing the turquoise sea, it celebrates Mediterranean gentleness, the calm of days without urgency, and that rare feeling of simply being there, in perfect harmony with the present moment.

Winner of the “Best European Artist” prize at World Art Dubai 2024 and recipient of both the Public Award and the President’s Award at the Florence Biennale 2023 (Italy), and a graduate of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest, the artist has been painting since a young age.
After living in several countries, notably Mexico and New Zealand, she now resides and works in Antibes.

Her oil paintings, focused on women and sensuality, are inspired by Art Deco and Art Nouveau, as well as the compositions of the Italian Renaissance masters. Her canvases exude an atmosphere of peace and serenity, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting world of the “Jazz Age” on the Côte d’Azur.

Her works are now part of numerous private collections and have been shown in galleries, museums, and prestigious artistic exhibitions. She has been a finalist for numerous painting and sculpture prizes, most recently at the Florence Biennale 2023, where she won the President’s Prize and the Public Prize.
Her work has also been featured in several publications such as Nice Matin, Vauban Magazine, TOUTMA, La Strada, Maisons et Jardins, COTE Magazine, etc.
