Discover Château Élisée Pomerol, a red AOP wine from one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious terroirs. Crafted mainly from 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet, it expresses the richness and elegance characteristic of the great wines of Pomerol.
Its sandy terroir resting on a layer of ferruginous subsoil gives the wine finesse, depth and balance. It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, sauced dishes, aged cheeses and gastronomic meals.
Blend: 95% Merlot – 5% Cabernet
From the prestigious Bordeaux vineyard
Typical Pomerol terroir (sandy soil with ferruginous subsoil)
Aged and bottled at the estate
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Tasting notes:
Deep ruby color. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruits, plum and cherry, accompanied by subtle spicy notes. The palate is round, generous and balanced, with silky tannins and a long finish.
