Original manifesto of the French Communist Party (PCF) dedicated to the theme of drought and the management of water resources. The image, essential and with a strong graphical impact, depicts a hand letting fall a single drop of water into the palm of another hand, a metaphor for scarcity and the mismanagement of the most precious resource.
The slogan "Drought – Power and its local supporters have a dry heart!" represents a typical example of French political communication from the 1980s, characterized by immediate imagery and incisive messages.
