Natale Raineri - Agua de Liguria

“Agua de Liguria” arises from my admiration for the Ligurian coast and the way the Mediterranean transforms light at every moment. I did not want to paint a landscape, but the emotion that remains after contemplating it. Each color represents a memory and a sensation more than a concrete place.
The deep blues and the blacks speak of the strength, the mystery and the vastness of the sea. The red band symbolizes vital energy, passion and the creative impulse that runs through the work. The white occupies the center as a space of light and silence, evoking the reflection of the sun on the water and peace
With “Agua de Liguria” I invite the viewer to build their own story. It is not a literal representation of a place, but an emotional experience where color, light and texture become a universal language.
