A rare mid‑century modern tie rack designed by Ico Parisi and produced by Fratelli Reguitti in Italy, made of beech and walnut wood with 23 extendable metal hooks and wooden caps, measuring 43 cm high, 4 cm deep and 4 cm wide, dating to ca. 1950–1960 and in good condition with minor signs of aging and small stains.
Description from the seller
A rare and very stylish mid-century modern tie rack.
This piece was designed by the renowned Italian architect and designer Ico Parisi and produced by the quality manufacturer Fratelli Reguitti.
Using contrasting wood types (solid beech and walnut) gives the hanging system an extremely elegant, classic look. The ingenious Italian design features 23 fold-out metal hooks, each refined with wooden caps.
The system is perfectly suited for neatly storing ties, belts, watches, or jewelry without creasing.
Thanks to the hinge system, the hooks fold in compactly, so the holder, when folded, takes up hardly any space against the wall.
