A.S. Thulin Skurup – Swiss Pocket Watch – Working
Offered is an attractive antique Swiss mechanical pocket watch retailed by A.S. Thulin, Skurup (Sweden). The watch features a classic white enamel dial with a distinctive 24-hour chapter ring in red, elegant Louis-style gilt hands, and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o'clock.
The watch is in working condition. It has not been serviced or tested for long-term accuracy or power reserve, and a service is recommended before regular use.
The movement is signed "Empressor" and the inner case bears the retailer's engraving. The nickel-silver case shows normal signs of age, including scratches, oxidation, and handling wear. The enamel dial displays age-related wear, including chips and restoration around the 12 o'clock position, while remaining attractive and fully legible.
