πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, music critic…)
A versatile multimedia artist and shaper of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of vividly colored sculptures, mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, lulled by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which its name is derived. Executed in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection comes in four silhouettes, each subsequently hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends pop audacity with playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with its chromatic optimism and visual melody.
These pieces, designed to catch the eye and complete contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before its disappearance.
