Circus Olympique. - By gracious permission, Laura de Bach, widow of Christoph de Bach, will have the honor of giving her thirteenth grand performance. Prague, January 20, 1835. One-page print with typographic text. Page size: 37 x 23 cm.
Show of several equestrian-number acts. - Laura de Bach continued the successful business with her four children after the death of her husband Christoph de Bach (1768 - 14.4.1834); here is one of her first appearances under her own name with the "Cirque Olympique." - Laura died in 1856 in London, one of her sons was executed on the scaffold for robbery and murder. See also the interesting family history: Saltarino, Artist Lexicon, p. 12.
