Description from the seller

A hand-raised sterling silver dish by the celebrated Arts & Crafts silversmith Omar Ramsden (1873–1939), hallmarked London 1932.

The dish has a distinctive decagonal form and is centred by a finely modelled repoussé Tudor Rose, one of Ramsden's most recognisable motifs. The reverse bears his characteristic "OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT" inscription ("Omar Ramsden made me"), emphasising his commitment to hand craftsmanship.

Ramsden was one of Britain's leading Arts & Crafts silversmiths, and his work is represented in major museum collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum.

In good antique condition with light surface wear consistent with age and careful use. Please study the photographs, which form part of the description.
