We offer a rare vintage Soviet bayan "Tembr" produced in the 1970s, featuring a vibrant hand-painted Petrykivka decoration. The instrument bears the author’s monogram — a small artistic signature.

About the Painting:
This is a unique handcrafted artwork. The front and top parts of the bayan are fully decorated in the traditional Petrykivka style. High-quality acrylic paints were used, sealed with multiple layers of protective varnish for excellent durability and wear resistance.

Petrykivka Painting is a famous Ukrainian folk decorative art style that originated in the 18th–19th centuries in the village of Petrykivka, Dnipropetrovsk region. Traditionally used to decorate homes, stoves, dishes, and household items, it is known for its bright floral and plant motifs. Today, it is recognized as part of Ukraine’s intangible cultural heritage and continues to be developed by contemporary masters.

After long-term storage, the bayan is not yet fully “played in.” After delivery, we recommend allowing the instrument to acclimatize and having it professionally tuned and adjusted by a specialist.

The instrument is shipped from Ukraine via Ukrposhta with a tracking number. We recommend that the buyer check potential applicable import duties and customs fees in their country in advance.

The instrument is packed with great care using our proven method: vacuum-sealed and securely fixed inside the case, then placed in a reinforced box with 3 cm foam padding on all six sides and additional protective filling. This packing method has been tested many times and reliably delivers musical instruments undamaged.

The item is sold AS IS (in its current condition). No returns or exchanges.
The seller is a person with a disability and has limited mobility.
In exceptional cases where the platform’s policy requires the seller to accept a return, the buyer must:

properly pack the item,

insure it for the full value,

pay all return shipping costs.

All risks and expenses related to return shipping, including possible import duties, customs fees, and other charges, are borne exclusively by the buyer.

The buyer is fully responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or fees in their country upon receipt.

Any intervention in the instrument (disassembly, cleaning, tuning, adjustment, part replacement, modernization, or any other actions) without the seller’s prior written consent is considered a violation of the lot’s integrity and interference with its original condition.

If a return is officially authorized by the platform, the item must be returned in its exact original condition and packaging. Upon arrival back in Ukraine, the parcel will be inspected commissionally at a Ukrposhta branch with the participation of postal employees. If any intervention is detected—such as disassembly, tuning, parts replacement, polishing, cleaning, or any other unauthorized actions without the seller's prior written consent—this will be recognized as a violation of the lot's integrity and its original condition prior to dispatch. In such cases, the return will be invalidated, the return case will be closed, and funds will not be refunded.
