Description from the seller

THE SHIPMENT MIGHT ARRIVE AFTER SEPTEMBER 7, 2026

Sagrasse (Sandro Grassetti, born in 1966) is a Marche-based artist whose life has roots in artisanal craftsmanship. For forty years he worked in the shadow of his workshop in a small municipality among the hills of the Marche region, specializing at the highest level in resin processing, varnishing and chrome plating.
The turning point of his life comes with the COVID-19 pandemic: the forced lockdown and the suspension of time become an emotional catalyst, pushing him to unleash the artistic urgency he has always guarded. What for decades had been "only" a technique of excellence thus becomes the means to bring to life modern, vibrant, and ironic pop sculptures. Today Sagrasse has transformed his artisanal know-how into a recognized contemporary art language, proving that it is never too late to give voice to one's most authentic talent.

Title - Vamp small
Technique: resin and marble powder
Dimensions: 26x26x11
Condition: new.
Certificate of authenticity - hand-signed.
Edition: limited edition 499ex - Red metal

The artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped via courier with tracking.

In recent years his work has received important public and private recognitions, culminating in participation in prestigious exhibitions. Among these are notable appearances at the Contemporary Art Exhibition "Arte Venezia" in 2025, the collaboration with the Center for Art and Culture VERUM, and the inclusion of his works within the renowned Private Collection Fuser. From craftsman to signature of the Neo-Pop landscape, Sagrasse shows how a lifetime of experience can transform into pure and recognized artistic expression.
Sagrasse is not simply an artist who uses resin; he is a master craftsman who has liberated the technique from the constraint of function, putting it at the service of imagination. His works are colorful mirrors in which our society is reflected: pop, brilliant, ironic, and irresistibly modern.

Sagrasse’s work fits perfectly in the path of New Pop Art and Urban Art. If the association with Banksy is evident for the strong satirical charge, the irony and the ability to reinterpret icons of daily life or pop culture in a critical key, Sagrasse’s universe closely dialogues with other giants on the international scene such as Jeff Koons, KAWS, Takashi Murakami, Mr. Brainwash, Richard Orlinski.

The object is a unique Sagrasse creation.
It is a handmade artwork, conceived and produced entirely in Italy. The small imperfections that may be observed are the natural characteristic of entirely manual workmanship.
It is recommended not to expose to heat sources; clean without using detergents, but only with a soft cloth.
