A contemporary queen, depicted through a personal figurative language made of intense colors, bold outlines and symbolic elements. The crown and the heart at the center of the chest tell the story of the contrast between strength and vulnerability, two aspects that coexist in the female figure and recur in my painting research.
Biography
Eleonora Colomboni, born in Fano in 1978, trained in Urbino in Design and Fashion Disciplines. Since 2018 she has been dedicating herself full-time to painting. Her figurative research is predominantly focused on the female universe: stylized, recognizable and symbolic women, through whom she tells different identities, emotions and states of mind. Color, gazes, clothing and patterns become an integral part of the narration.
