This work in the format 80 × 80 × 4.5 cm is created on a wide, high-quality canvas and moves between painting and sculpture.
In the light, the surface reveals a clear presence. Depending on the incidence of light and the viewing angle, the texture and depth change; individual layers become more pronounced. The work appears spatial and physical – perception arises while walking, standing, and lingering.
Frequency BLUE ON GRAPHITE — Sculpture of light, texture & presence
Frequency BLUE ON GRAPHITE is inspired by sound and frequency. From my work as a pianist I translate rhythm, pause and repetition into a visual structure. The composition follows a reduced order. Repetitions create tensions comparable to held tones, while subtle color shifts mark transitions.
Werkdetails:
Title: Frequency BLUE ON GRAPHITE
Size: 80 × 80 cm × 4.5 cm
Technique & Materials: Acrylic paint and heavy-gel texture paste on canvas, built up in layers with various spatulas. The pigments form elevations and overlays with a calm, pulsating tension.
Only top-quality materials are used: acrylic paints from Amsterdam Expert, texture pastes from Liquitex – all produced locally in Austria.
Frame: Wide mounting frame made of solid natural wood (included in the price).
(Black decorative frame not included)
Images: The images were photographed under professional studio lighting. Light is essential for the color play of the works. The artist recommends placing them under direct or indirect light to fully bring out the color play and make the works feel alive.

Signature & Authenticity: Hand-signed on the reverse. Delivery includes a signed certificate of authenticity.
Location: Directly from the artist’s studio in Vienna.
