Description of the work

Blue Paradise is a celebration of color, light and matter. On an immaculate background, a multitude of blue hues—from glacier blue to deep ultramarine—unfold in a free composition, where each gesture seems suspended between spontaneity and mastery.

The painting is worked in thick material, creating a dramatic relief that catches the light from every angle. Generous impastos, delicate drips and splashes give the surface a true sculptural dimension. The work evolves over the course of the day depending on the lighting, continually revealing new details and new depths.
