Numbered out of 30 and signed on the bottom, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The shipped exemplar is not necessarily the one in the photo but will be similar and unique!
Careful packaging and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through an interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration has evolved into a passion that was meant to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement by diverting contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity is expressed through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermès, Veuve Clicquot champagne, or caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes minerals.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, advertising, and addictions in general.
All defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
HAND-FINISHED « Sculpture made for commercial purposes, retouched by hand by the artist XTC using acrylic paints and vinyl. »
