Bronze sculpture with a niche, limited edition of 25 copies by the Spanish sculptor Porto.

Pancho Porto (Santiago de Compostela, 1988), began his training in the specialty of artistic carpentry at the Antonio Failde Center in Ourense. In this school he first came into contact with disciplines such as carving, drawing, or modeling, and, more importantly, with workshop work.
Later he enrolled at the Mestre Mateo School of Arts and Crafts in Santiago de Compostela, where he studied what would in the future be his main discipline: sculpture. It is at this school where he already works with materials that would be basic in his work, such as steel or clay. Parallelly, Porto continues his training personally and investigates other materials such as bronze or resins and their multiple uses and finishes.
After this first stage of training, he decides to install his workshop on the banks of the Sarela River, very close to the place where he was born. It is here that he begins his particular theoretical and practical investigation of the relationship between the materials used in each work and the message they convey. This leads him to seek new proposals when it comes to communicating and narrating his story. Since then, this has been the usual tone of his works, endowing the whole of his output with complexity and background, with themes that touch both the social sphere and his personal experiences.
