Description from the seller
ONE OF A KIND WORK ... (No AI).
This is an original oil on canvas, a unique creation by the artist Caroline Mandrafina. Not to be confused with a giclée, a print on canvas, or AI-generated.
Before shipping, the canvas will be protected with UV-resistant varnish, the edges will be painted white, and a hanging system will be installed (see photo).
Delivery will be accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and insured for value in secure packaging.
Caroline Mandrafina (born 1963), French painter of Italian origin, began her artistic career with fashion.
Drawing, being an integral part of her primary passion, it was only natural that when she met Olivier Pfleger in 1994, he taught her painting.
Over time, her style is characterized by broad fields of vivid colors and gestural marks on the canvas that recall the “mosaic” she particularly loves.
Favoured themes: Seascapes, Music, Nature, and Abstraction.
In 2005 she opened her gallery in Monflanquin (47) and the adventure began, with an audience still present today; she has participated in several fairs.
Permanent exhibition: gallery “Art et Regard,” Pessac (33)
Grand Prix of the Manzac Salon (24) in 2017.
