Three antique spring scales in wrought iron and brass, model Veerweegschaal, dating to c. 1850–1900, dimensions 25 × 10 × 10 cm, in good condition with a working mechanism and two weighing ranges up to about 140–150 kg.
Description from the seller
These are three antique spring scales.
They are made of wrought iron and brass, probably from the 19th century.
They have a spring mechanism and are equipped with two hooks for two different weighing ranges. The dials clearly show scale divisions that were used for different weight capacities.
Range up to 140 to 150 kilograms. The other side shows a different marking without inscription.
They were used by butchers (to weigh carcasses, for example), at markets (to weigh sacks of grain or potatoes, for example), on farms or in warehouses.
Take a good look at the photos; you will see what you are bidding on.
They are carefully packed and shipped with tracking.
