Description: Authentic and charming pocket ashtray (which can also serve as a table ashtray) in bronze, oblong in shape, dating from the late 19th or early 20th century. This Art Deco / Animalier-style piece is signed at the base by the French sculptor Henri Rischmann.
Decoration: Very beautiful hunting scene in finely chased relief, depicting a pointing (pointer or setter) dog in a undergrowth facing game.
Material: Solid bronze with superb traces of gilding and an authentic antique patina.
Dimensions: Oblong model (oval shape with two slight notches on the edges).
Condition: Good used condition with normal wear to the gilding, which gives it its character and attests to its age.
