Who am I?

I am a visual artist from the Netherlands and I draw inspiration from art history, pop culture, and everyday things in life. From love to music to fashion. As an artist I put a twist on well-known images and flip them to create something completely new.

I come from the southern Netherlands. This is close to the Belgian and German borders, an international environment with many different cultures. My first experiences with art started in primary school with making portraits, comic drawings, and doodles, and later I started graffiti.

In 2014 I completed the art academy in Maastricht. My work has been seen on the street and during exhibitions and is now also frequently sold to enthusiasts via Catawiki, and as a result my work is in many private collections. From China to America.

Painting is, for me, the ultimate freedom and the way to give meaning to the world.
