Who am I?

I am a visual artist from the Netherlands and I draw inspiration from art history, pop culture and everyday things in life. From love to music to fashion. As an artist I give a twist to famous images and flip them to create something totally new.

I come from the southern Netherlands. This is close to the Belgian and German border, an international environment with many different cultures. My first experiences with art started in elementary school with making portraits, comic drawings and doodles, and later I started with graffiti.

In 2014 I completed the art academy in Maastricht. My work has been seen on the street and during exhibitions and it is now also widely sold to enthusiasts via Catawiki and therefore my work is in many private collections. From China to America.

Painting is for me the ultimate freedom and the way to give meaning to the world.
