Description Summer Wind is a vibrant, atmospheric oil painting by Romanian artist Arthur Dinu. The canvas captures a sun-drenched coastal scene rendered in a lyrical, semi-abstract idiom: a wide turquoise sky meets a deep blue sea, while the foreground dissolves into a sandy shore scattered with bold, gestural strokes of coral, vermilion, amber, and rose.
