A woman alone, with her eyes closed, surrenders to the light of streetlamps on a rainy street.
Between fatigue and abandonment, the scene depicts the fragile boundary between solitude and the desire for freedom.
The nocturnal lighting and the cinema-inspired composition of the 1950s give this work rare emotional depth, where time seems suspended.
Le Yack, emerging French pop and street art artist. Alexandre Pelletier, known as Le Yack, was born in 1972 in Tours. During his studies, he joined the Higher School of Art and Design (ESAD) of Orléans. He is a creative director in publishing and on the web. Instagram @leyack45. He is exhibited within a network of about forty galleries in France, Germany, Belgium, the United States.
