Spanish school (XVIII) - Santo gesuita

Painting on copper dating from the 18th century — Jesuit saint, Spanish school — I was not able to assign a precise identity to the saint. The saint holds a book in one hand, and in the other appears to hold a vessel or ampoule, red in color (probably the blood of Christ). Other symbols to his right: an tree and a crown. Of good workmanship, in optimal condition, mounted on a small gilded wooden frame. Dimensions: h 16.5 cm, w 12.5 cm.
