About the artist:

Robbie McIntosh is an Italian photographer based in Naples. Having fallen into photography in his adolescence, he has since never looked back, as he says. His credo: "live life and take it as it comes." He especially enjoys photographing Sunday bathers on Naples' beaches, "celebrating the human body." But a raw body: for him, not sculpted or perfectly proportioned models, but the bodies of ordinary people, with their wrinkles or extra kilos. His style echoes Martin Parr. Highly followed on Instagram, he has won several awards for his photographs: in 2023, he won Fokus Awards in the main category around the theme of the contest "things change" and received an honorable mention at the Corigliano Calabro Photography Festival 2023.
