Description from the seller

Title:
Pair of lead crystal liqueur decanters with hand-painted gold decoration – Art Deco – Bohemian provenance likely – circa 1930–1950.

Description:
A very elegant pair of high-quality lead crystal liqueur decanters, produced in an Art Deco style.
The two decanters are perfectly matched and come with their original stoppers, hand-fitted.
The crystal is exceptionally clear, heavy and resonant, producing a long ringing that is characteristic of lead crystal.
Each decanter features an octagonal, faceted shape, adorned with a pattern of stylized long leaves painted by hand in thin gold. The neck is accented by a wide golden band and a raised frieze.
The overall impression evokes the luxury productions of Bohemian glassworks (Haida region / Nový Bor), made during the Art Deco period, circa 1930–1950.
No signature, but the quality of craftsmanship, the weight of the crystal, and the fineness of gilding attest to premium manufacture.

Dimensions:
Total height: 22.5 cm
Height without stopper: 18 cm
Diameter: 12.2 cm
Weight: 1 kg each (without packaging).

Condition:
Very good overall condition.
no chips
no cracks
Original stoppers perfectly fitted
Very light wear to the gilding in keeping with age
Crystal bright and clear
The photographs are an integral part of the description.
The decanters will be packed with the greatest care in secure double packaging.
Careful shipment with insured and tracked delivery.
