Portuguese silver-plated 835 table mirror with decorator of jars - 20th century. Elegant Portuguese table mirror, oval shape, with beveled glass and a raised, partly pierced silver frame. The decoration, inspired by naturalism, consists of sinuous branches, leaves and jars’ flowers, forming an exuberant upper finial and extending sideways along the frame. At the bottom there are two floral applications that visually function as decorative feet. Reverse side lined with dark wood, with an articulated easel-type support, allowing the mirror to be placed on a dresser, vanity or console. With the Portuguese contrast mark «Águia», corresponding to 835 fineness silver, and responsibility mark.

Espelho de mesa português em prata 835 com decoração de jarros - século XX. Elegante espelho de mesa português, de formato oval, com vidro biselado e moldura em prata relevada e parcialmente vazada. A decoração, de inspiração naturalista, é composta por ramos sinuosos, folhas e flores de jarros, formando um exuberante remate superior e prolongando-se lateralmente pela moldura. Na parte inferior apresenta duas aplicações florais que funcionam visualmente como pés decorativos. Reverso revestido a madeira escura, com suporte articulado em forma de cavalete, permitindo a colocação do espelho sobre cómoda, toucador ou consola. Com contraste português «Águia», correspondente a prata de 835 milésimas, e marca de responsabilidade.
