BLACK ARROW:

Black Arrow is an artist born in the 80s, nourished by urban culture and the cartoons of his childhood. His signature – a black arrow – was born on the street, from a simple, instinctive gesture: to mark a sign that catches the eye, that stops the gaze, that pushes you to look elsewhere.

For him, the arrow is not just a graphic symbol. It is a message, an invitation to step out of the frame, to resist the imposed meaning, to invent one’s own path. By repeating it on the city walls, he sought to create a discreet poetry in the middle of concrete, a reminder to passersby that there are always other possible directions.

This arrow has since become his emblem, accompanying all his creations. His medium, radical and singular, is the banknote as well as newspaper paper – which he diverts and transforms into works. Black Arrow chooses faithful replicas of banknotes for this, allowing him to explore the symbol of value itself and reinvent it as a poetic and critical vector. In these works, his arrow crosses the icons of pop culture and the colorful imagination of cartoons from the 80s and 90s.

Black Arrow has chosen to work exclusively with Prime Art Galerie, to whom he entrusted the mission of supporting and promoting his universe
