This painting "Fashing" was executed in 1963 in the style of Fantastic Realism by Sudeten German artist, painter, sculptor, and medalist Heinz Klarmüller (1919–2001), whose works are associated with Fantastic Realism, among other styles. His works (such as paintings, mixed media pieces, and medals) occasionally appear on the art and auction market. Life and Work of Heinz Klarmüller: Origin: Born in 1919 in Gablonz an der Neiße (North Bohemia), later active in Vienna. Artistic Spectrum: Painting, graphics, collages, medals, and small sculptures. Style: Often attributed to Fantastic Realism.
Inscription: signed and dated (19)63 , lower right.
Technique: Mixed Media, matted and framed.
Measurements: only image 28 x 27 cm, with passpartout and framed 41,5 x 51 cm.
