Ryse Kaïa - L'éveil Printanier

Maryse Coin, "Ryse Kaïa" is my artist name, I am self-taught.
I am French and live in Niort (79). (born in 1957).
Passionate about color and texture, I explore different styles ranging from abstract expressionism, action painting, to academically very realistic painting. I use different media: acrylic, oil, collage.
My works are in private collections, notably in Europe, the United States and Morocco.
I have participated in numerous exhibitions and fairs: Deauville, Paris, Perpignan. Marrakech, Florence, Bellano.

This acrylic painting captures all the energy and delicacy of spring through the spectacular bloom of cherry trees set against a bright azure blue sky.
The artist plays with a rich palette ranging from pastel pink to deep magenta, enhanced by whitish touches and subtle hints of green. The painting technique, made of small dynamic impressions, splashes and dripping effects, adds great texture and a sense of spontaneous movement. You can almost feel the spring breeze rustling the petals.
