Through my work and my daily actions I try to grasp and create a mapping of what surrounds me.
It is the city that attracts me: its everyday casual banalities, its architectural corners: it is from here that I draw my subjects.
Sometimes I include religious icons, a heritage of my work as an illustrator, but I decontextualize them, suspending them in space. In this way they become tools to generate new connections, new readings, new realities.
