Description from the seller
This elegant crystal soliflore vase from the prestigious Val Saint Lambert manufacture catches the light beautifully thanks to its organic design inspired by a budding flower. Crafted using the traditional cased crystal technique, it features a body of deep, intense cobalt blue that stretches gracefully before flaring into a circular clear crystal base of absolute transparency. Displaying a featherlight weight of 250 grams which guarantees its visual lightness without compromising its balance, the piece rises to a slender height of 23 centimeters with a stabilizing foot diameter of 75 millimeters, making it ideal for holding a single flower or sitting proudly as a centerpiece without obstructing your view of guests during dinner parties. Bearing the authentic handwritten signature engraved at its base alongside the letter M indicating its creation around 1990, this iconic model is in good overall condition, showing only two very discreet micro-scratches from light use on the foot and a faint trace of limescale at the bottom of its corolla that whispers of its past life holding fresh blooms. A highly decorative and timeless piece, perfect for elevating a vintage sideboard or enhancing a cabinet of collectible art glass.
