Piotr Wrona, Martwa natura, acrylic painting on linen canvas, original edition from 2026, 90 × 90 cm, weight 2 kg, in excellent condition, signed by the artist in the lower right corner, sold directly by the artist.
Description from the seller
Author: Piotr Wrona
Title: Still Life
Technique: acrylic paints on linen canvas
Format: 90 × 90 cm
Support: high-quality linen canvas stretched on a wooden stretcher
Signature: the painting is hand-signed by the author in the lower right corner.
Description:
The composition presents a colorful still life made up of a variety of fruits arranged on a light tablecloth. In the center of the painting are green pears, around which clusters of dark purple grapes, bananas, red apples, oranges, and a pineapple with its characteristic green crown of leaves are arranged. In the foreground, a cross-sectioned apple reveals pale flesh and the seed cavity. Some of the fruits are depicted in simplified, geometric forms, with clearly defined divisions of planes and a strong outline, giving the composition a modern, cubist-inspired character. The intensive color palette — dominated by red, green, orange, yellow, and purple — contrasts with the dark green-burgundy background, emphasizing the freshness and decorative quality of the depicted fruits. The dynamic arrangement of shapes and the expressive light and shadow build depth and make the painting attract attention with energy and rich colorfulness.
