Description from the seller
Memory of Red Earth
60 x 80 cm
This painting arose from a landscape I did not want to depict concretely. It's about heat, dust, color – the feeling of earth beneath the feet. The red and earthy tones carry memory, layer by layer. Nature not as a subject, but as a state.

There is the possibility of having the painting stretched on a canvas stretcher frame. If interested, please let me know. Otherwise it will be shipped rolled.

About me:
"My painting moves between figuration and abstraction - a tension-filled dialogue of expressive gesture, intense color worlds, and intuitive dynamism.
Inspired by the energy of abstract expressionism, which moves between body and dissolution, chaos and harmony."
Each work is a process of questioning and rediscovery:
Lines break through surfaces.
Figures appear and disappear.
An emotionally charged dance between control and letting go."
Mila Veljac'a is a visual artist from Croatia. She studied at art academies in Croatia, Vienna, Salzburg, and Stuttgart, and spent several years sharing her expertise as a lecturer for visual arts.
