Splendid and rare decorative art panel crafted in authentic Murano glass, dating from the Mid-Century Modern period. A work with a strong visual impact that combines the craftsmanship of Venetian glassmaking with the abstract trends of interior design in the second half of the twentieth century.
The panel is distinguished by a suggestive textured glass base in light green and yellow tones, characterized by a dense pattern of raised bubbles. On the surface are fused three-dimensional glass elements: transparent glass rods, sinuous elongated droplets, and contrasting color inserts in ruby red, bright green, and a large amber circular element that evokes a solar or abstract figure.
The artwork features a hand-executed artist's signature at the bottom right, attesting to its originality and artisanal craftsmanship. The glass is set inside a slim wooden perimeter frame with a gold finish. Most likely, this panel originated as a decorative structural element integrated into a prestigious period piece of furniture of the era (such as a sideboard, a bar cabinet, or a high-design console), a feature that enhances its charm and collectible value.
