17 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Discontinued Expression
A beautifully mature Speyside classic from The Balvenie Distillery.
This DoubleWood 17 Year Old has been matured in two distinct types of oak casks.
First, many years in traditional whisky oak, delivering rich vanilla and honeyed depth.
Then transferred into European sherry oak casks, adding layers of dried fruit, spice and complexity. The result is an elegant, richly flavoured single malt with notes of oak, vanilla, honeyed sweetness, toasted almonds, sherried spice and a hint of green apple, finishing with creamy depth and deep vanilla.
Bottled at 43% ABV and presented in its original tube. Signed by David C. Stewart, The Balvenie Malt Master.
